Very easy to order and delivery was flawless. Not the most handy and had to call on a Saturday to get some help on one part of assembly but technician was very nice and solved the problem immediately. Grand daughter loves the bike and rides it with much more confidence. Great looking and excellent purchase!

I don't ever write reviews but this was a good experience from start to finish. My 12 year old has some delays that had so far made it impossible to figure out a two-wheeler. I wasn't sure it was possible and this was our last attempt. The bike is super light and I think that makes a difference. My son was riding it the same day it came. The ordering was easy, delivery was on time, the videos for assembly were helpful, and suddenly I have a kid who feels really good about his success and who asks to ride bikes everyday. Thank you.
