Put our bikes to the test for a FULL YEAR
We want you to feel confident and secure while shopping with Guardian Bikes. In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your bike at any time within the first year for any reason.
What we cover:

Growth Spurt Guarantee
We guarantee our RideSizer® recommended size for a FULL YEAR!, if your kiddo’s bike isn’t a perfect fit you can return or exchange it for up to 365-days after delivery.

Smooth Ride Guarantee
Our Smooth Ride Guarantee covers spare parts and repairs for 365 days after your bike’s delivery. Minor repairs can be done at home with our provided tools, replacement parts, and step-by-step videos. If a bike shop is needed, contact us first—we’ll reimburse the full repair cost via store credit or a refund once you send us the invoice.
What’s NOT covered:
The Smooth Ride Guarantee does not cover tune-ups or normal wear and tear (tires, tubes, brake pads, brake cables, derailleur cables, etc.). Items that experience rust and/or other weather-related issues, or are personally damaged by the customer are also not included. -
How Returns & Exchanges Work
Instructions:
Call (888-720-6852), email, or chat with our legendary customer service team who will happily help you initiate a return or exchange. Orders are eligible for return or exchange within 365 days of the delivery date.
We will ask you to donate the bike to a local charity or non-profit of your choice. Once we receive a photo of your donation receipt and a photo of the bike at the charity, we will refund your original purchase in full or issue store credit. Our team can also assist in finding a local charity or non-profit in your area to ensure an easy & hassle-free experience.
Products that are damaged beyond repair by the customer are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please contact our customer service team if you have any questions.
For Gift Cards:
We offer 100 days to return your unused gift card for a full refund. Please note that any gift cards that have been used are non-refundable. If you return a product purchased using a Guardian Bikes gift card, your refund will go back to the gift card.
Refund Processing Time:
Once we receive a photo of the donation receipt, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
You will also receive a confirmation email that the refund has been processed. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
