Our warranty policy for part and frame defects:
- Limited lifetime warranty on all frame defects
- 1-year warranty on all component defects*
Limited Lifetime warranty on all frame defects
Our limited lifetime warranty is only eligible for the original purchaser of the bike.
Under our Limited Lifetime frame warranty, we promise to replace the bike for free of charge if the bicycle frame breaks or bends. This warranty can be used at any time by the original purchaser.
1-year limited warranty on all component defects*
Our 1-year limited warranty is only eligible for the original purchaser of the bike. Depending on the issue at hand, Guardian Bikes may send a replacement part for an easy, at-home repair, or for more complex situations, send the customer to nearby bike shop for service. Any associated costs or fees for component defects will be paid for by Guardian Bikes.
*Items that experience normal wear are tear not included (tires, tubes, brake pads)
Parts and Repairs
If there is a manufacturing defect, Guardian Bikes will pay for parts, shipping, and the repair work. Most minor repairs can easily be done at home using our repair videos and tools we will ship with the parts. If a major repair is needed, our team will help you find the nearest bike shop to do the repair. We will cover the cost of this repair work.
