Full priced returns
Our policy lasts 30 days from the delivery date of your item(s). We stand by our products and if you’re not satisfied, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label, arrange for a pickup, and credit your account after examining the product(s).
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it/them (i.e. no scratches or noticeable damage). It must also be in the all of the original packaging and include all manuals, tools, accessories, etc.
To complete your return, simply:
- Email email@example.com and let us know you’d like to process a return.
- Repack the bike as best you can into the original box with all original parts (required).
- Wait for an email from us containing instructions on how to ship and a return label to print and attach to the box.
- Call the carrier with your label number and arrange a convenient pickup.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for returns. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on item(s) from our sale section, with coupon codes over $25 in value, anything won in a contest giveaway, or marked as final sale.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. If you haven’t received your refund within this time and have checked with your bank, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
