Returns

Our return policy lasts 365 days from the delivery date of your item(s).

For returns, we ask that you donate locally to a charity. 

Donating your bike is a great way to give back to the community! To start a return please email us your request and order number to info@guardianbikes.com

1. Donation receipt or official thank you letter
2. A photo of the bike at the charity or organization

Once we receive those items we will process your refund.

For Expedited Shipping:  The products will be fully refunded but only a partial refund will occur on shipping to a total of $29 (regular ground amount).  The full expedited shipping charge will NOT be refunded in full

Exchanges - We're happy to help you with an exchange. Our return/Exchange policy lasts 365 days from the delivery date of your item(s).
If your bike is too big or too small, please use our RideSizer® app to find the perfect fit or contact us at info@guardianbikes.com.

HAWAII and ALASKA:

Returns - Hawaii and Alaska must be done with the donation option to receive a full refund of the bike and shipping.  If you prefer shipping the item back to us we will not refund return shipping only the item and shipping cost to you.  

Size Exchanges - We are unable to do size exchanges due to shipping cost to these locations but you can do a return and reorder the correct size.
