Our purchase experience was really good. The follow up and notifications about delivery were very professional. We purchased this as a Christmas present for our 3yr old grandson. The new bike is still hidden away in the original box at the time of this writing in early November. He has been riding a smaller 12” wheel sized no-pedal bike since he was 2yrs old. My expectation is after one day on this new bike with no pedals installed, I expect he will take off zooming on it right away with the pedals. My wife had already purchased an off brand small bike at a garage sale with a coaster break. He struggled with that coaster brake so we stopped trying with it. Your instructional video explaining your unique cable operated brakes sold me on the bike for my 3yr old grandson.

I wanted to teach my 2yr old how to ride a bike. The traditional training wheel bike with the pedal brakes wasn't working out well at all. I bought my son the Guardian balance bike, and after a few weeks he was so confident and riding it everywhere. It was crucial to learn the balance part first. Fast forward to today, my son is 2.8 yrs old, and I bought him the next size up with pedals. I was nervous about him falling or having a bad time, but man i'm a believer - he took off and started biking right away. It was truly amazing! I wish I had learned this way growing up. I just bought an adult bike too, so I can ride with him. I highly recommend Guardian bikes.

United StatesPerfect bike for 3.5 year old ready to ride
My daughter didn’t want to use a balance bike anymore. She never glided with it and really just putted around the driveway. She kept repeating “I want a big bike. With peddles. I can do it”. We bought her the 14” guardian. Within 4 hours (over a couple days) she was ready to peddle. We installed the peddles right away but she used it as a balance bike those first hours. First walking on it, then striding, then coasting with her feet up. We also worked on the hand break before we “let” her peddle. Great, great product. Oh - also worth noting the bike was on the front porch within 48 hours of my order.
