The left pedal doesnt screw on properly to the bike and doesnt work. Im not sure what to do with this bike and not a functional pedal.

Do not buy this bike. The SureStop braking system is impossible to calibrate properly. In order to get the SureStop to activate the back brake pads, the one side is always in contact with the back tire. I’m a surgeon and the assembly and tinkering with this bike out of the box drove me insane. I’m so frustrated with this bike I’m throwing it away.

Either the pedals or the crank didn’t pass QA/QC checks as both threads for the pedals stripped the crank. Got a useless bike on my kid’s birthday.

United StatesCan’t use out of the box…
For the price of this bike, I should be able to assemble it and my child ride. The brakes are so tight that neither wheel can spin freely. That would be alright if there was an actual instruction manual not 1-5 minute videos to watch on assembly. Spent an hour trying to google what to do to loosen the brakes and wasn’t successful. Now here I am taking a brand new bike to a repair shop in order to even be able to use it at all.
