Either the pedals or the crank didn’t pass QA/QC checks as both threads for the pedals stripped the crank. Got a useless bike on my kid’s birthday.
Hi Jack, We are so sorry about the issue with your first bike. We hope they are enjoying their new Guardian!
Can’t use out of the box…
For the price of this bike, I should be able to assemble it and my child ride. The brakes are so tight that neither wheel can spin freely. That would be alright if there was an actual instruction manual not 1-5 minute videos to watch on assembly. Spent an hour trying to google what to do to loosen the brakes and wasn’t successful. Now here I am taking a brand new bike to a repair shop in order to even be able to use it at all.
Order I completed, can’t provide a positive review
They still haven’t delivered all parts of the order, and other orders …. Months

Have been having issues with the tires of this Bike like forever. Would not buy this again or recommend to anyone
Since the day we bought this, we had to keep pumping air into the tires forever and after few days, we just gave up and put it aside. For the cost we payed, we are extremely disappointed.
Hi Ravi, Adam here at Guardian bikes. Sorry to hear you are having issues with the tires. There is a tube inside of the tires that holds the air and likely that has a small hole in it. Our bikes come with a 1 year warranty for these instances and we can help you get the tube replaced. Please let me know if you want to move forward with this and sorry for the trouble! Thanks, Adam
