    Good Bikes, Bad Customer Service

The bikes are really nice, however, my experience with customer support was surprisingly bad. I ordered two bikes, one arrived on time and the other arrived over a week later pretty beat up. The box was damaged, half-opened, and scrapes on the bike as well. I reached out immediately to let them know, and they answered the phone with “hey.” No, “how can I help you?”, or “you’ve reached guardian bikes”, very much lacking in professionalism. The woman I spoke with asked me to send pictures through a text, and then never got back to me with any updates. Honestly, to pay this much for a kids bike… I expect a little more professionalism than this!

    Still Learning

Seems no different than others he has had. Still learning on this bike after practicing everyday. Doesn't seem different than the cheap Huffy bike he had.

    Still Learning

Doesn't seem like the bike is any different than others when it come to learning to ride. Kid has been practicing almost everyday for a few weeks, and still seems to struggle with his bike like he did with the other Huffy bike we had.

    Love the bike…

I love the bike but it’s definitely much smaller than I anticipated. My daughter will grow out of by the end the summer…she’s super tall and I thought that a 6 year old would be able to ride it longer than 6 months…

    Based on sizer

I bought my daughter a guardian bike based on the sizer guide on the website. She is unable to really put a foot on the ground and it makes it hard for her to learn without one of us holding her up. I expected that she would be able to put one foot on the ground to be able to learn independently. Truth is that I can do it this way with a $50 target bike. A lot of money for something that doesn’t appear to offer much more than a basic bike.

    Guardian Bikes

Amber here with Guardian Bikes. I'm sorry to hear the bike isn't the right fit. I'd love to make this right. Please reach out to us at info@guardianbikes.com and we'll discuss some options to get her into the right size. Best, Amber
