A perfect upgrade for my 6 year old!
I want to make specific mention of the great customer service provided over the phone by Tracie. My daughter's measurements fell right in between the 20-inch and 20-inch large models, and Tracie gave me some advice that proved to be valuable in informing my decision. Since I am driving distance from the Sacramento warehouse, she even offered to coordinate a visit to see about fitting in person. After our conversation, she contacted the folks there, who were also very accommodating, and called me back to follow up. Above and beyond! As far as the bike is concerned, we are very pleased with everything that we received, and my daughter loves that she can now ride faster than I can sprint alongside her. The gears are a little difficult for her to shift, but this has not hampered her enthusiasm. We would absolutely recommend this product and company!

Great experience so far. Extremely easy to put together, very sturdy frame, son has yet to be able to get out on it much due to weather, but his eyes lit up when he saw it.

Probably the best present ever. She learned on an old 16" single speed w/coaster brake. Took right to the hand brake (best invention ever - single lever, back and front brake design). Several days later is using the gear shift like a pro. So far it seems like a very well made bike. We can't wait to have her ride with us down to the river at the end of the road.

Just as advertised!
We couldn't be happier with our experience with Guardian! As advertised, our 7 year-old was riding without training wheels in less than a day. The most difficult part of the experience was waiting for a day that it wasn't raining, or snowing. We live in New England... and it was March. The bikes are very will designed (the breaking system is brilliant), super sturdy, and easy to ride. 2 big thumbs-up!
