Great bike, greater company!
My 6-year-old loves riding his bike, and after getting an inexpensive two-wheeler with terrible brakes and a tire that popped, I decided to splurge on a higher quality bike for his birthday. I saw recommendations for Guardian Bikes, and I don’t regret my decision to pay a bit more for their level of quality and customer service! When the bike arrived, it was easy to put together (with extremely user-friendly online video instructions) and it just looks like a very high-quality bike. My son was thrilled, learned to use the one-handed brake quickly, and loved his new bike bell, but I was worried it looked a bit too small for his long legs. I contacted customer service, and they sent me an invoice for the price difference for the larger size bike and immediately arranged for an easy exchange. Rather than asking for me to send the smaller bike back, they told me to find a child in my community in need and donate it to them instead. What an incredibly kind and generous way to handle a tricky return! The new larger bike arrived within days of sending them confirmation that the original bike was donated, and I am still in awe of this company. If you’re wondering if it’s worth spending a little more on a kid’s bike, the customer service, safety, and quality of Guardian is worth it!

We’ve been so thrilled with our first Guardian bike that I just purchased the next size up for my youngest daughter. I have three daughters so I’ve purchased many bikes over the years. I always do a lot of research because safety and quality are important. This has been the best bike by far! Love the customer service too. It’s easy to put together (not much to do) and they are quick to help with any sizing questions.
