It was ok, bike came quickly but was damaged from shipping and scratched on the stem. We were leaving for vacation and no time to return it. I submitted pictures and asked for a set of training wheels to make it right. The response I got was “ well we’ll send you a new stem and a bill for a set of training wheels”…. Thanks? So you were ok to eat the cost of the stem but the trainers? I appreciate the stem but I wasn’t looking for a replacement just the gesture of a comp’d set of training wheels and I would have felt much better about the $330.00 cost of the kids bike that came damaged. Nice bike otherwise though.

United StatesThe small 20" does NOT have gears.
Went by the size guide survey and got the small 20" bike as recommended but was unaware that the small didn't have gears. I live on a hill so my kid is having a hard time getting up the hill as opposed the her previous bike that had gears. Wish it was made more clear as I would have gotten her the other 20" bike that does have gears. Kind of feel like I wasted my money!

Received the bike earlier this week. It’s funny how they advertise that it’s simple to put their bikes together in minutes. While partially true, it doesn’t tell the whole story. When we received the bike, the brake cable was damaged and the brakes are pretty badly misaligned. Additionally, the manual included appears to be for an adult bike. While there was a little card saying go to this site for assembly instructions, those instructions are only for attaching the handle bars, adjusting the seat height and putting in the pedals. Nothing else. I reached out via email and through their submission form, but still haven’t heard back. While the manual indicates that if you need more information, you should go to your local bike shop, I feel they should have better resources to troubleshoot when their product arrives in a condition that requires extra attention. But they don’t. Neither do they answer their emails and inquiries.

United States20" Small was too small for my 44" son.
The bike is advertised as being the correct size for a 44" child but its way too big for my son who is 44" He will grow into in eventually but its a little frustrating to spend $300 on a bike he cant use. Customer support offered to let me donate it and get a refund but not even a $10 coupon as an apology to buy a 16" bike. Many other reviewers say the same thing about their kid being on the lower end of the height scale for the 20" bike but yet they still continue to advertise it as being the correct height.
