I bought the bike as a surprise for my 6yo daughter. We brought the whole box with us camping and when I went to open it we were disappointed to find no helmet! Come to later find out that they oversold the helmet and didn't ship us one. They didn't know when they would be getting more in stock, so they issued a refund two weeks later. Bit of a damper on our trip. But once we got home my daughter had zero issues learning to ride her new bike. The bike itself worked out very well and we go on bike rides daily. Would've been 5 stars had the helmet been in the box or if they would've communicated that sooner.

Bike is great perfect size for my 5yo. The front brake was loose on arrival and needed professional to assist and repair. Assembly was easy and after the brake was repaired everything works good.

I have now purchased two 24” bikes. My daughter loves it, and is doing awesome. 4 star as the front braking system between the two bikes is noticeably different. I have emailed, and awaiting a response.

Overall, this is a really high-quality bike and will serve my son well for several years. It was very easy to install. He really likes said it has to hand break rather than the frustrating Reverse directions foot brakes. However, this bike is just a hair too big right now for my 44 inch son. Once I give him a push, he is OK, but he’s so far up on his tippy toes that he can’t really get started. I still think this is the right size to get for the future, but I wish this model would’ve allowed us to lower the seat another inch.

My 4 year old finds this bike easy to ride, maneuver and get on and off even though he could probably use a few inches of height We have had the issue with the front brake coming disconnected which is a known issue according to Cusotmer service when the handle bars get turned too far. Which happens if the kid drops the bike or falls off. They are sending a replacement part that hopefully solves the issue.
