Excellence!

I was hesitant to order a bike online but after reading the reviews, I took the plunge. This company is wonderful. Once the box arrived I put the bike together without a problem (I'm almost 70 so I'm guessing anyone can do it!). I sent them a photo of a VERY small dent on the display of the gears and they immediately sent me a new part, after I declined their offer of an entirely new bike! My 9 year old granddaughter loved it! I surprised her with it on Halloween so she's already in her costume in the photo. And yes, she always wears a helmet but she was just trying it out in the photo. I did raise the seat a bit more after she got on it and I could see it was a little low. The customer service was stellar, beyond anything I have experienced. They won't leave you hanging!! This is a great company and a great bike!!

Great bike, easy assembly. Prompt delivery and response from customer care team! Highly recommend Guardian and the folks at Retrospec.

Daughters bike

Ordering and delivery were great. Assembly was straightforward but the receiving fork on the rear tire was either under machined or overly coated and required mechanical easing of the entry edge in combination with a beat block and hammer to seat the wheel. Overall positive experience and hopefully constructive criticism can be involved in continuous improvement.

Disappointed

Bike arrived quickly but also broken. Customer service solutions put more work on me to try to make it right vs take accountability and provide a reasonable resolution (ship a replacement and pick up the broken one?). Regret buying online. No need to respond guardian, your solutions missed the mark.

My daughter loves it. Easy to put together and looks durable. She could learn how to ride it on 1st day!! Incredible bike.
