So just like many of the other parents have mentioned, my kid is a late bloomer when it comes to riding a bike. Mainly because learning to ride a bike is scary. But the guardian bike decreases the learning curve. My 11-year-old daughter learned how to ride in two days. The biggest thing that stood out is her confidence. That’s what every parent wants to see. I didn’t give it five stars because upon receiving the bike, the front break was not connected. I didn’t want to go through the hassle of contacting the company again because the back brake works really well. And contrary to what the instructions have said about the front brake activating when the lever is pressed, I think it is more of an assembly issue. Overall, we’re extremely happy with our purchase and will be making another one for my younger son.

I was skeptical to purchase, but this bike is a must buy. My daughter learned to ride a bike in 1 day. She started off without the pedals and master balancing and gliding very quickly. The bike is so light and sturdy. The same day she wanted to put the pedals on, we put them on it and off she went. I only wish I had purchased it sooner.

Just wanted to say thank you from a very happy mom. My 9 year old son with autism struggles with some coordination things but loves going on bike rides on our tandem bike and riding scooters, etc. He didn’t think he’d ever be able to ride a bike without training wheels, and honestly had a hard time riding even with them. Didn’t even want to ride a bike, it was so frustrating for him. After a couple of sessions of riding around on our driveway he was peddling down the sidewalk, no training wheels, and absolutely loves it! My older daughter tried it out too and says it’s the best quality bike she has ever ridden, and she currently has a very nice $500 small adult bike. Husband said it was by far the easiest bike he ever put together. Worth every penny!
