It was time to get my 11-year-old granddaughter a new bike for her birthday. We’ve been going local, but after hearing about this company from a friend, we decided to try Guardian. Delivery was super fast and assembly was a breeze Granddaughter loves it! Ride is great. Will be back again soon for the 9 yo!

This bike is still in the box waiting patiently for Christmas! The ordering went smoothly and the delivery was fast. A bit confused about the free lock and pump. So I don’t think we got one. My daughter hasn’t opened the box for my granddaughter yet!

United StatesBike doesn’t look 100% new
This was the 2nd bike we have purchased from guardian bikes. They come promptly and are easy to assemble. This one has some cosmetic problems that the first didn’t have. It appears maybe it was returned/exchanged. I didn’t have time to swap it out before my daughters birthday so I guess we’ll just have to live with it.

This is certainly not the experience we want for our customers as every bike should arrive in perfect condition. I want to reassure you that this was definitely not a returned bike. As per our return policy, we instruct our customers to donate their bikes to local charities in their areas. Therefore, we don't have customers send bikes back to us and even if we did we would not repackage them and sell them as "new" bikes. Our almost 9 year old has always been big for his age. Unfortunately, he quickly outgrew any “regular” bikes with training wheels and was also very afraid of riding without training wheels. Before finding Guardian Bikes, we had essentially given up on getting him to try to ride a bike. I hesitated for over a year before purchasing because I didn’t want to invest in this bike if my kid refused to even get on it…well this summer after seeing other kids in our neighborhood riding around, he expressed he’d like to learn to ride a bike. So I pulled the trigger and bought him this bike. Assembly took a little longer than 5 minutes (probably 30) but was simpler than most other bikes but most importantly, my kid was up and riding on the first try!! It took a little bit for him to get the hang of staying up for longer than 30 seconds but by “a bit” I mean less than 20 minutes. He has not gone a day without riding his bike since then. Guardian Bikes have been life changing for us and I will continue to recommend them to everyone but especially anyone who may have had trouble in the past.

My 12 year old son who is on the spectrum did not wan to learn how to ride a bike. After reading all rave reviews I got him the Guardian bike & with perseverance and patience he learnt biking within a few days! Now he loves going for his evening bike rides by himself everyday! Thank you Guardian!
