    Excellent bike but didn’t get the bell

    We purchased this for our grandsons birthday. The bell we ordered to go with it showed delivered so I assumed it was in the box with the bike. It was not. That being said, this was his favorite gift. Once he got it opened he lost all interest in the other gifts. Just make sure you receive everything as soon as you receive the package.

    Bad designed accessories

    The bell does not fit and badly badly scrapped up the bike before my daughter even got it. The seat clamp is impossible to remove to replace with the colored one we bought to the point it never got replaced. The handlebars are also impossible unless you have hairspray which I do not. I dont know why my bike even came assembled with the wrong items it I then had to remove and replace anyway. The bike is nice but skip all the accessories. The bell really badly did damage. If her birthday were not in a few days I would ship it back for a replacement.

    2yo is obsessed

    We love our new balance bike. Our 2nd is glued to it and usually has to be bribed to come off of it. Well made, easy to put together and easy for him to hop on.
