    Disappointed and Frustrated - Balance Bike Order Still Not Delivered!

    This bike was intended to be the birthday gift for my child. I placed the order well in advance, ensuring enough time for it to be shipped and arrive before the intended date, but we were waiting for two months for its arrival. And it still yet hasn’t arrived. I contacted the customer service and they insured me that they will find out what happened with my order and reach me back, but as one week passed no one contacted me and there is no update about the order. I urge others to think twice before placing an order with this company, as they have left me and my family feeling deeply frustrated and resentful.

    Had to wait 2 months to receive the bike

    Except for the 2 months delay, bike works fine and super easy to assemble.
