Bike is fine. Quick arrival and Easy to assemble, except the bell didn’t attach well and the foam stickies for it fell off immediately. Extras would have been helpful. They sent the wrong model bike helmet and it’s been a frustrating experience to return. Still not resolved. Overall, the customer experience felt a bit disappointing and overhyped.

This bike is exceptional. However, the breaks had pieces snap and make them inoperable after just 2 or so years of ownership. Then I had to pay for new ones. Not to mention, my child was riding and I only noticed breaks stopped working when he was using his feet to stop. Super dangerous. Shouldn’t happen on a bike this expensive, but everything else is perfect.

We got this for my 2.5 year old and should have skipped the balance bike phase. She’s already ridden trikes at friends’ houses, and we can’t get her to adjust to no pedals. It’s great in theory, but maybe if she was 18 months it would have worked. Quality bike and very cute, but maybe for younger kids…

We ordered the mint coloured balance bike for our 2 year old granddaughter. The bike is so cute, but the front wheel appears to be a bit bent (it doesn’t align properly) and the handlebars were slightly off as well. We adjusted them as best we could, but it’s either not the best quality build or there was an issue when it was shipped. Either way, the balance bike came in at the high end price point in this category and I can’t say it provides the best value or quality for the price.
