From wheel building to frame assembly, our skilled technicians oversee every step with precision and care. Wheels are laced and trued to perfection, while frames are aligned and tested to ensure optimal performance. By controlling every aspect of production, we guarantee that each Guardian Bike that rolls off our assembly line is of the highest quality.

One of the key benefits of our approach is its environmental sustainability. By manufacturing our bikes locally, we significantly reduce carbon emissions associated with overseas shipping. We also  significantly reduce our use of unsustainable plastic and foam during shipping with more recyclable cardboard. This move towards a more sustainable supply chain not only benefits the planet but also aligns with our commitment to being responsible “Guardians” of the environment for future generations. 

Our streamlined assembly process also means less hassle for parents. With only the handlebars and pedals left for assembly at home, getting your child's new bike ready for the road is a breeze. It's all part of our mission to provide an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

As we celebrate the significant achievement of Phase 1, our journey continues to unfold. Phase 2 will elevate our standards even further as we bring powder coating for our frames to the USA. Our last and final phase will be Phase 3. Here you will see us taking our manufacturing capabilities to the next level with the building of frames right here in the USA. By expanding our production capabilities, we're setting the stage for even greater innovation and customization in the future.
