Great bike - quick ship and received. Simple instruction video. Customer Service are REAL PEOPLE! My son was riding this bike within 10 mins (first time without training wheels)... such a confidence boost - then our neighbor kid jumped on and did the same thing! great quality nice packaging, etc. Definitely happy with my purchase!

Awesome people and product!
I spent ages researching my daughter's new bike, and I'm 100% satisfied I made the right choice. The product quality is great, the braking system is clever but they've sorted out the whole operation so that the bike can be assembled fully in less than 10 minutes. Don't hesitate to buy from Guardian, they are awesome, even when the delivery guy isn't quite as good.
